Age Requirement

Cardgorgeair Liebeach is a 21+ venue. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the premises, participate in any poker games, or consume alcohol. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, Australian driver's licence, or state-issued proof of age card. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to prove age.

Identification Policy

All guests must present valid identification upon request by venue staff. Failure to provide acceptable ID will result in denial of entry or removal from the premises.

• ID must be original, not a photocopy or digital image.
• The venue may scan or record ID details for security and legal compliance.
• Minors are strictly prohibited from all areas of the venue.

Booking Process

Reservations for poker tables, dining, and private events can be made via phone, email, or in person at the venue. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cardgorgeair Liebeach. A valid credit card may be required to secure a reservation. For private events, a deposit may be required. The venue reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for poker table reservations and 48 hours for private events. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

• Fees may be charged to the credit card on file.
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
• The venue may waive fees in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

Payment Terms

All charges must be settled at the conclusion of your visit unless otherwise agreed. The venue accepts major credit cards and cash. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). A surcharge may apply for credit card payments. The venue reserves the right to require pre-payment for large groups or events.

Dress Code

Cardgorgeair Liebeach maintains a smart casual dress code. Guests are expected to dress in a manner befitting a luxury poker club and fine dining establishment.

• Acceptable attire includes collared shirts, smart trousers, dresses, and elegant footwear.
• Not permitted: sportswear, singlets, thongs, ripped clothing, or offensive prints.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code.

Table Etiquette

All poker players must adhere to standard poker etiquette, including acting in turn, keeping cards visible, and refraining from disruptive behavior.

• Verbal abuse, cheating, or collusion will result in immediate removal and potential ban.
• Mobile phones must be silenced at the poker table.
• The dealer's decisions are final in all game disputes.

Prohibited Conduct

The venue prohibits any form of harassment, discrimination, violence, or illegal activity. Guests engaging in such conduct will be removed and may be reported to authorities. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. The venue reserves the right to eject any guest for any reason at its sole discretion.

Game Rules

All poker games at Cardgorgeair Liebeach are conducted in accordance with the venue's house rules, which are based on standard poker rules and may be modified at the venue's discretion. The venue offers a variety of poker games, including Texas Hold'em and Omaha. House rules are available upon request and are displayed in the poker room. The venue reserves the right to change game formats, stakes, or rules at any time.

Responsible Gaming

Cardgorgeair Liebeach promotes responsible gaming. Guests are encouraged to set limits and seek help if they feel their gambling is becoming problematic. The venue may provide information on gambling support services. Self-exclusion options are available upon request. Staff are trained to recognize signs of problem gambling.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardgorgeair Liebeach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the venue or website. This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The venue's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The venue does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. The venue's name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. The venue may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
